"My Epson T-3850 paper feed stopped working correctly after a bad paper jam. Howard at Printer Repair Pros in Chatsworth was able to identify and repair the issue and return the printer to me in less than 24 hours, even gave it a tune up. Nice to know that there is an awesome knowledge base at Printer Repair Pros. Very happy that they could repair my printer rather than just throwing it away. Now I have an awesome backup printer.
