"Bringing my printer to Printer Pros. was an A decision. I had no idea why my inkjet printer was not functioning despite the fact that I had barely used it. They diagnosed the problem and repaired in a timely and efficient manner and were incredibly transparent about cost. I highly recommend their services. Very kind and ethical."

"We were getting official repair estimates that rivaled the cost of a new 17" by 24" scanner. Discouraged I kept calling around when I found Howard at Printer Repair Pros, LLC. He knew where to send it where it was repaired by the manufacturer for nearly a quarter of the cost. He was courteous, professional, cheerful, been in the business for nearly two decades and I learned he keeps his training certificates current. He is a straight shooter and I encourage you to give him your repair business. I look forward to doing the same and we are talking copiers and scanners. How exciting is this? Very!"

"I had made a mistake to bring it without four cartridges. They were ordered with no inconvenience to me. The work is professional, fast. As well, I had been told by other places that theY were suggesting what Howard pointed out would have been a needless procedure. And Howard fixed everything beautifully.
