"Howard was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped assess and fix the issues with our large format Epson printer and even shaved an hour off of his billed time (only charged for 2 hours instead of 3) and did a few other extra things without charge. I would use him again and recommend others to as well for fast and friendly service."
