"I could not be more happy with HOWARD at Print Repair Pros. I brought my desk-top printer in, in the late morning, explained the problem with the black cartridge not being recognized by the printer and left the machine with a cash deposit. I was told it may take a couple days. Later THAT AFTERNOON I was told to come and pick it up. The charges were no more than the cash deposit I left earlier. I could not be more happy with the SERVICE, HONESTY AND PRICING than what I received today from Howard at Print Repair Pros.! Thank You Howard! You have definitely got a new permanent customer.
