"We were told by Epson that our out-of-warranty printer experienced a hardware failure. So, we were looking at having to replace it with either a new or refurbished printer (haha, they were the same price of $799+). So, we took it to Printer Repair Pros. Wow, imagine our delight... Howard figured out the problem right away! Too bad we didn't know about him while we lived in the area (25 years)! It took us almost an hour to get there, but it was well worth it and we'll gladly do it again if need arises."
