Fixed My Old Epson Artisan 725
"It's nice that shops like this still exist in today's disposable world fixing things that will last a good 20 or more years instead of throwing stuff away and creating landfill My old Epson Artisan 725 gave me the warning that the printer pads needed to be replaced. Being a 16 year old printer (which has printed over 15,000 documents and photos), the parts were not even available, and I wasn't in the market in replacing the printer since outside of the pads, the printer worked great. Howard clearly broke down what needed to be done regarding rebuilding the maintenance tank to get the printer running again. gave a fair price and a quick repair turnaround. I'd highly recommend Howard and his 5 star shop for future repairs."

My old Epson Artisan 725 gave me the warning that the printer pads needed to be replaced. "Howard came out for on-site service on January 20, 2026 to clean and repair our HP LaserJet 4250 printer, which had been jamming. The printer required a few replacement parts, which he installed, and it has been working perfectly ever since with no more jams.
Based on Howard’s advice, I also replaced the toner cartridge in the HP 4250. He explained that if the printer is not used frequently, it is a good idea to replace the toner every few years to avoid potential issues.
While he was here, Howard also checked our HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e and confirmed that it was working properly.
We truly appreciated Howard’s expertise, professionalism, and clear explanations. His on-site service was very helpful, and we would definitely recommend him to anyone needing printer repair or service."
